Co. Westmeath Tourism Ltd invites you to participate in the Midlands Food & Craft Marquee at Midlands Home and Garden Show.

Location: Belvedere House Mullingar Co. Westmeath

Dates: Friday 11th June - Sunday 13th June 2010

The Midlands Garden Festival once again promises to be a feast for the senses; with a fantastic array of Garden and Home equipment from over 300 exhibitors, Continental Market, Bee Keeping displays, Seminars, Special Fairy Village for Children and more! The festival takes place in the beautiful parkland of Belvedere with its spectacular backdrop of Ireland’s largest man made folly - the Jealous Wall!

Last year there were over 40,000 visitors at this event held in Belvedere House, Gardens and Park, Mullingar - www.belvedere-house.ie

Co. Westmeath Tourism Ltd has liaised with the venue provider – Belvedere House, Gardens and Park, Mullingar and the event promoter Alan Collins of Southern Promotions regarding the inclusion of a Midlands Food and Craft Marquee at the Midlands Home and Garden Show.

Notes re Midlands Food & Craft Marquee at Midlands Home and Garden Show, Belvedere House Mullingar Friday 11th June - Sunday 13th June

* Area of 2.5 m frontage and 1.5 m depth
* The marquee will be floored
* Power will be supplied
* Toilets and handwash facilities will be available at the main house in Belvedere
* Note: You will need to bring your own furniture and tablecloths.
* Please keep your stand area clean at all times.
* Please ensure prices of your products are clearly visible.

The marquee will have a walk through system ie openings at both ends.

Co. Westmeath Tourism Ltd. has negotiated the same price as last year.

Cost of participation is €300 + VAT = Total Cost €364.50. Deposit of 50% ie €150 is required to confirm booking. Balance :Postdated cheque 7 days prior to show. Deposit is due for payment with application form and full payment is required prior to opening of exhibition.

The event is being advertised nationally on radio and print media. The 2fm Roadcaster will be at the show, advertising will be done on 103fm, TV3 and 150,000 inserts will be put in regional newspapers.
